SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Please note that all deliveries may take longer to arrive during the holidays, unfortunately this is out of our reach. Thanks for understanding.

Standard delivery is free in Canada for orders over CAD $250 before taxes.

Standard shipping is free on Billie Boutique gift card purchases.

In-store pickup of your order is free.

ORDER DEADLINE TIME:

STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders placed Monday-Friday before our 3pm dispatch cut-off time will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after the Friday cut-off time will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Orders placed before our 3pm dispatch cut-off time will be dispatched the same day Monday-Friday. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are subject to credit availability and authentication. During sales and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

RETURNS:

You have 5 days from when you receive your order to send back your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Billie boutique will alternatively provide a credit or exchage which is applicable online only within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that all sale items, swimwear and intimiates are final sale. Items must be returned in their original stae with original tags for a full refund.Billie Boutique reserves themselves the right to refuse any return or exchange requests.

Returns of items beyond this time will not be accepted. Delivery costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the buyer. Note that any promotional offer may be changed without notice from us. Promotional codes are only valid on the online site and not in store.

To return an item, you must contact us by email at the following address:billie@billieboutique.comby providing us with your order number in order to receive a return authorization. It is essential to include a copy of the invoice in the return package. All returns can be made in store or sent by post to the following address:

DEFECTIVE ITEM:

In case of defect of the article, we ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item by email to the following address:billie@billieboutique.com. We will then let you know how to proceed.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES: Please allow additional time for orders shipped to PO Box addresses. For orders shipped to PO box addresses, rural postcodes and remote locations considered "beyond the dots", we can reach the destination via standard delivery only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

MULTIPLE ADDRESS SHIPMENTS: You can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that need to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

TAXES AND DUTIES:

The prices shown on our website do not include taxes. At checkout, sales tax and shipping fees are calculated on the total value of your order and displayed on the order summary page.

No additional customs fees apply to orders shipped within Canada.

For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties, import fees or brokerage charges may apply. These costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Billie Boutique. US customs regulations determine the applicable fees, and we have no control over these additional charges.

Billie Boutique gift cards are sold tax-free. When paying with a gift card, applicable taxes are added at checkout and the gift card is used as partial or full payment.

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the Canada Post tracking number which will allow you to follow the delivery of your package.

REDIRECT AN ORDER:

Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.
